All of them were in high spirits, changing their spirits, looking forward to the beginning of the event.

For this event, colleagues from the management department arrived at the site in advance to prepare the leading flags, banners, clothes, food, beverages and medical supplies required by the event......and so on. Of course, the highlight is the setting of the crown. There are three generals in the second and third place. The first prize comes from Decathlon’s more than 500 yuan worth of trolley boxes. It is very attractive. However, the more selected is that the work is selected as a unit and there is no individual award. The performance is team ability, one person It's useless to run fast. When I see this rule, I have a small calculation in my heart, but I can't go forward alone. I must organize 4 people together, and use the weakest person in the team as the standard. OK, I hope it is 10KM away. If you want to win the championship, you have to work together until the end.

Soon we set off, and everyone rushed towards the finish line. For many years, colleagues who have been able to run can really run faster than rabbits. In a blink of an eye, you can't even see the back. The weakest colleague in our group is Song Heyan, regardless of age or age. Body or physique is not dominant. Our group followed her pace all the way. Soon we completed 4 kilometers, but we couldn't run. We quickly adjusted our strategy and changed to walk 100 meters and then run 100 every time. Meters, the countermeasures are obviously effective, and we pushed forward 3 kilometers, and the legs seemed to be filled with lead. We had to stand up and move forward. The scene presented at this time seemed to restore the Red Army soldiers fighting on the battlefield during the Anti-Japanese War. I was touched by the scene, but before we had time to be touched, the end point was 800 meters later, and the victory was right in front of us, and the whole body rushed over as if charged. When we reached the end point, we immediately heard the voice of congratulations for winning the championship. We were very surprised, because at least 15 people were in front of us to the end. It turned out that none of them really reached the end in a group.

I can’t help feeling that through this activity, it is really important to show that leadership and teamwork are really important. If there is no careful thought at the beginning, we have not always pulled the weakest colleague, and we have not encouraged her with actions and gave her. Motivation may have been given up long ago. Shouldn't normal work be the same? People have strong and weak abilities, and professional abilities are different. 

They should help each other and encourage each other. Only the strength of the team is strong. No matter how powerful people are, they are thin and can't do great things. If a leader can't know people to make good use of, and take their strong points to make up for their shortcomings, it is impossible to build a strong and screaming team.
