1. Cutting. Cutting the electronic wire or cable wire according to the length indicated by the process drawing, and the length of the stripped core at both ends is determined according to the wire diameter specification and the terminal model.

2. Wearing waterproof plugs and prepare for crimping work.

3. Crimping terminals. This process is the most important part of processing automobile wiring harnesses, and the correct crimping standards should be adjusted according to the adaptability of the wire diameter and the terminal.

4. Assemble. Follow the correct operation method of the process drawing to assemble.

5. Wrap the opening with the electrical tape to protect the core wire.

6. Electrical test. 100% open circuit and short circuit test.

7. Voltage: DC 300V 0.1 second.

8. Insulation resistance: 5 megaohms (minimum).

9. On-resistance: 3 ohms (maximum).

10. All materials conform to Rous.

11. In accordance with IPC 620 inspection standard to inspect.

12. Qualified products are put into storage.
