1.The quality of wire and cable cannot be judged only from the appearance and dimension, what is more important is the quality of the copper wire. 2.Brand-new antioxidant PVC must be used for the standard insulation of wire and cable. The conductor wire shall adopt the oxygen-free copper, tinned copper or silver-plated copper manufactured by air-isolated technique through multiple processes and precise equipments.

3.The superior wire and cable must have good insulation and heat-resistance, in addition, the conductor wire must adopt 7 pair twist or braid structure, so as to ensure sufficient density to reduce the resistance , capacitance and inductance while outputting sufficient current.

4.Some manufacturers use regenerative PVC as insulation and regenerative copper, copper-clad aluminum, steel wire or mixture as the conductor. The internal resistance of these conductors is larger than normal which will be high possible to damage the electronic devices, we need to pay high attention while designing and inspecting.
