Now first let’s introduce the inspection of wire!

1. Requirements of wire appearance:

The cables are not allowed to have defects such as loose, crossing, folding, breakage and damage of core wire;

Corrosion and oxidation of the core wire are not allowed;

Insulated layer: material, thickness, diameter of wire and color should meet the requirements of drawing;

Surface of insulated wire should be smooth and uniform color;

The thickness of the insulation layer should meet the requirements. The insulation layer of the insulated wire should be tightly wrapped and easy to peel off, and the end of the insulated wire should be sealed;

2. Wire functional requirements:

Adjust the multimeter to the diode position, put the two test pens in contact with each other, there is a sound indicating that it works normally;

Confirm that the wire is qualified, then red and black pen touch two ends of a wire separately. If there is a sound, it indicates that the circuit of the wire is on; if no sound, it indicates that the circuit is disconnected.
